We had our closing program with our homeowners tonight, and our team presented our week to the others through a pretty funny skit. The plan is to try and leave in the morning by 6:30 am, which gets us home between 4:30 and 5:30 pm. We will have the kids call with a precise time of arrival. Once again, thanks for all your prayer and support for our youth and youth missions. We had our final meeting as a team tonight when each member shares what God has been doing in their life this week, which is always a highlight for me. But, I will let a couple of the kids wrap things up...
This has been an amazing mission trip. It has effected everyone
physically and spiritually. Thank you so
much for your prayers and please continue to pray for all of the kids and
families we got to meet on this trip. Going into this mission trip I was kind
of thinking that we were going to be reaching out to a ton of people during our
VBS. It was the total opposite. We never got more than five kids at VBS and I think that it helped me a lot, just
to experience how to share the gospel with three or four kids and actually get
to know them, rather than sharing the gospel and never getting to know the kids.
